This deluxe version of the Econo Floss features a stainless steel cabinet, spun aluminum bowl, and whirl grip floss stabilizer.

This heavy-duty machine has an extra heavy duty motor, plus solid state, cool-running, heat control for the ribbon style heating element.  Four 50% larger carbon brushes help reduce wear and tear on the brass slip rings.

The Econo Floss has been UL & CE listed and it draws about 10 Amps (1200 Watts) on a 120 Volt circuit.

This patented item really prevents the cotton candy from flying out of the pan.  The plastic screening material is held tightly in 6 places, with space behind it between the 6 stainless clips (included).  The floss readily adheres to the screening and makes spinning a cotton candy cone very easy.  A must for EVERY cotton candy operator.

This Econo Floss Machine Now Has 50% Larger Carbon Brushes
The carbon brush is one of the few things to ever wear out on a reasonably well-maintained cotton candy machine.  Now the Econo Floss has 50% larger brushes, which should lead to virtually 100% longer brush life!  All Gold Medal Cotton Candy Machines are equipped with four carbon brushes that contact the brass slip rings.  This extra hardware helps prevent damage to the unit when the sugar load is slightly unbalanced.

This Stainless Steel Econo Floss cotton candy machine has a ribbon-style element - also called a flat wire element. It begins making candy a little more quickly than a machine with a tubular element, because you don't have a bunch of metal to heat up. Both ribbon and tubular machines work equally well, but the ribbon machine responds more immediately to adjustments in the heat control. This is only an issue if you have a bunch of different people running this machine.

With this machine, production of over 200 oz. per hour is possible (200 1-oz servings).*
