This machine is a successful re-introduction of the tubular heating element floss machine Gold Medal made back in the 1960's.  Laser technology, along with improved motor and heat control design make the nearly permanent candy floss heating element a viable cotton candy machine.  Probably the ideal machine to rent when the operator is not the same person as the owner.  The Gold Medal 3030 Breeze has a stainless steel body and band, and includes an aluminum floss bowl with the Whirl Grip Floss Stabilizer.

This heavy-duty machine has an extra heavy duty 1/10 horsepower motor and improved heat control for the tubular style heating element.  Four 50% larger carbon brushes help reduce wear and tear on the brass slip rings.

The Gold Medal 3030 Breeze has been UL & CE listed, and it draws about 10 Amps (1200 Watts) on a 120 Volt circuit. 

The Gold Medal Breeze Floss Machine Includes a patented Whirl Grip Floss Stabilizer
This patented item really prevents the cotton candy from flying out of the pan.  The plastic screening material is held tightly in 6 places, with space behind it between the 6 stainless clips (included).  The floss readily adheres to the screening and makes spinning a cotton candy cone very easy.  The Whirl Grip Floss Stabilizer is a must for EVERY cotton candy operator.

The Gold Medal Breeze Floss Machine Now Has 50% Larger Carbon Brushes
The carbon brush is one of the few things to ever wear out on a reasonably well-maintained cotton candy machine.  Now the Breeze Cotton Candy Machine has 50% larger brushes, which should lead to virtually 100% longer brush life!  All Gold Medal Cotton Candy Machines are equipped with four carbon brushes that contact the brass slip rings.  This extra hardware helps prevent damage to the unit when the sugar load is slightly unbalanced.

With this machine, production of over 200 oz. per hour is possible (200 1-oz servings).*
