Read the Shipping and Exchange Policy Terms & Conditions shown directly below.  Any and all purchases made through E.S. Buys, Inc. or the E.S. Buys, Inc. website by you constitutes acceptance of our Shipping and Exchange Policy.  The agreement between the Buyer and E.S. Buys, Inc. contains the following terms and conditions.  By creating and submitting an order to E.S. Buys, Inc. for consideration and acceptance by E.S. Buys, Inc., the Buyer agrees that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions noted below.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new Products and Services offered on the E.S. Buys, Inc. website, including the addition of new E.S. Buys, Inc. properties shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Sales Tax:
California residents are required to pay sales tax of 8.25%.


Processing / Shipping Time / Shipping Method:
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Items in stock will ship within 1-5 business days. Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of your order after it has been shipped.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, though occasionally we may use DHL, USPS, or another carrier at our discretion. Shipping charges shown in our Shopping Cart are for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaskathe shipping cost shown may be higher depending on the weight and size of the item.  Please contact us to find out the extra shipping cost if any.  Also, some items are too large to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, or may not be able to be shipped to you for another reason.  Therefore, please contact us to verify that a particular item you are interested in can be shipped to your location.  Your order will not be shipped until all additional shipping charges have been paid for.  The shipping costs shown are for shipping via USPS Priority Mail, though we may use FedEx or UPS Ground at our discretion.

Sorry, but we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

We do not ship anywhere outside of the United States.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you need a product shipped to such a location, you will first need to send us an email to verify that the item(s) you wish to order can in fact be shipped to your APO/FPO address.

Oversized Items (i.e. pinball machines, arcade games, air hockey tables, foosball tables, some juke boxes, etc.):
These items will be delivered to your curb only. This means the driver will not unload your item from the truck, will not carry your item into your home or building, and he/she will not assemble your item for you. As these items may be heavy, E.S. Buys, Inc. recommends that you have someone you know assist you. Someone must be home for the delivery of these items.

Upon receipt of an oversized item, it is your responsibility to inspect the product carton and contents for any shipping damage. If there appears to be major damage, do not sign for the product - refuse its delivery. Then contact us immediately, and we will ship you out a new product. If there appears to only be some minor damage, make a note of this on the shipping receipt, accept the product, and contact us immediately. If you cannot thoroughly inspect the item upon delivery, you must write "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" on the shipping receipt. Otherwise, we may not be unable to file a concealed damage claim with the freight company.

E.S. Buys, Inc. will not be held responsible for damaged items that you have signed clear of damages.

**If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you must contact us before ordering to see if these large items can be shipped to your location and to find the additional shipping cost.

Insurance:
Insurance is included in your shipping costs. There are no refunds on shipping under any circumstances.

Out of Stock Items:
On out of stock items, we will notify you that the item is on backorder and will give you an estimated time of arrival to our warehouse. If you do not wish to wait for the backorder, we will gladly refund your money. If there is an item(s) you are interested in, just contact us, and we'll check our current inventory. If we have plenty on hand, then we will let you know that you may remit your payment via money order or cashier's check without worry of backorder.

All Sales Final Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only within the item's warranty period. Please see below for our Merchandise Exchange Policy:

Merchandise Exchange Policy:
If an item is defective, you may exchange the item for the same item, provided the item is in its original packaging and you are exchanging the item within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us via email by contacting us, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us. No merchandise return for exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from E.S. Buys, Inc. and a valid RMA number.

All products have a 30 day limited exchange policy, unless specifically stated otherwise on that item's product description page. The item(s) must be in its original packaging. When shipping returns it is required that you send your item(s) via a carrier that provides a tracking number, proof of delivery, and insurance for your protection at your own expense. If the item is found to be defective, E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective product for the same item free of charge, provided the product is returned within the product exchange period and all original packaging is included with the original return. If no replacement is available we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping cost. E.S. Buys, Inc. also reserves the right to arrange for repair of the defective item near your location for large, bulky items.

No refunds on shipping under any circumstances. If you return a purchase that had a free shipping or shipping-included offer, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.


Warranty Claims:
Once the initial 30 day exchange period has expired, any warranty issues will need to be handled directly with the manufacturer that warranties the product. Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. Keep all original packaging until warranty period has expired. Some items have 1-year, 3-year, or Lifetime manufacturer warranties which must be handled directly with the product manufacturers.

All merchandise sold by E.S. Buys, Inc. (www.ESBuys.com) is sold in brand new condition and is covered by a manufacturer warranty.  The manufacturer warranty coverage relationship exists directly between and only between the manufacturer and the customer.  Other than applicable manufacturer's warranties, there are no other warranties expressed or implied including any warranty of mercantibiltiy for a particular purpose.  The customer is liable for roundtrip shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.
