The Keepsake allows those old albums to be recorded in a digital audio format for high quality sound on a smaller, more modern compact disc.  It easily interfaces with the USB port on any computer by utilizing the supplied software suite.  However, if you still want to enjoy your albums old style, then Crosley’s Keepsake offers a 3 speed turntable for your listening enjoyment.  Preserve your entire music collection with the Keepsake.

Use the included USB cable to connect to your Windows® equipped PC or Mac® computer (computer not included).   Use the included Software Suite to record your LPs to your computer and then burn the music to a CD (your computer must have a CD burner to be able to create CDs.  CD burner not  included). 

The turntable and included software are compatible with MS Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista, All POSIX (Linux/BSD/UNIX-like OSes), Linux, OS X 10.1 or later, Apple Mac® OS Classic.  Sorry, but Windows 95 and Windows NT are not supported.

Software allows you to create WAV or AIFF files for burning to CD.  You can also import or export MP3, AU, Ogg Vorbis files.  The software also has various effects you can use to remove constant background noises, static, hiss, or hum.  You can also change the pitch while not changing the tempo, or vice versa.  You can also use it to adjust the volume (normalize, amplify, or compress), and for even more effects such as Echo, Phaser, and more.
